試劑盒組成及試劑配制：
1. 產品僅用于科研酶聯板（Assay plate ）：一塊（96孔）。
2. 標準品（Standard）：2瓶（凍干品）。
3. 樣品稀釋液（Sample Diluent）：1×20ml/瓶。
4. 生物素標記抗體稀釋液（Biotin-antibody Diluent）：1×10ml/瓶。
5. 辣根過氧化物酶標記親和素稀釋液 （HRP-avidin Diluent）：1×10ml/瓶。
6. 生物素標記抗體（Biotin-antibody）：1×120μl/瓶（1：100）
7. 辣根過氧化物酶標記親和素（HRP-avidin）：1×120μl/瓶（1：100）
8. 底物溶液（TMB Substrate）：1×10ml/瓶。

樣本處理及要求：
1. 大鼠β內啡肽受體(β-EPR)elisa試劑盒48T/96T血清：全血標本請于室溫放置2小時或4℃過夜后于1000g離心20分鐘，取上清即可檢測，或將標本放于-20℃或-80℃保存，但應避免反復凍融。
2. 血漿：可用EDTA或肝素作為抗凝劑，標本采集后30分鐘內于2 - 8°C 1000g離心20分鐘，或將標本放于-20℃或-80℃保存，但應避免反復凍融。
3. 組織勻漿：用預冷的PBS (0.01M, pH=7.4)沖洗組織，去除殘留血液（勻漿中裂解的紅細胞會影響測量結果），稱重后將組織剪碎。將剪碎的組織與對應體積的PBS（一般按1:9的重量體積比，比如1g的組織樣品對應9mL的PBS，具體體積可根據實驗需要適當調整，并做好記錄。推薦在PBS中加入蛋白酶抑制劑）加入玻璃勻漿器中，于冰上充分研磨。為了進一步裂解組織細胞，可以對勻漿液進行超聲破碎，或反復凍融。將勻漿液于5000×g離心5~10分鐘，取上清檢測。
4. 細胞培養物上清或其它生物標本：1000g離心20分鐘，取上清即可檢測，或將標本放于-20℃或-80℃保存，但應避免反復凍融。
注：標本溶血會影響檢測結果，因此溶血標本不宜進行此項檢測。
